3. Eligibility and Authority
You must be legally capable

to use SaaSCortex.
Individual users must be
at least the age of majority
where they reside.
Enterprise accounts
may only be created
by authorized personnel.
You are responsible
for ensuring all users
under your account
comply with these Terms.

to charge applicable fees
through your selected payment method
on the billing schedule
associated with your plan.

10. Permitted Use
You may use SaaSCortex

Rights granted to you
are limited,
non-exclusive,
non-transferable,
and revocable
as described in this agreement.

11. Prohibited Conduct
You must not misuse SaaSCortex
or use it to conduct,
facilitate,
or promote unlawful,
harmful,
or abusive activity.
Attempts to interfere with platform security,
stability,
or availability
are strictly prohibited.

No reverse engineering,
decompiling,
or unauthorized probing
of service infrastructure.

No upload of malicious code,
malware,
or deceptive scripts.
-
No infringement of intellectual property,
privacy,
or publicity rights.

No generation of prohibited content
in violation of law
or platform usage policies.
12. Customer Data and Input Content
You retain ownership
of data,
prompts,
files,
records,
and other content
you submit to the platform
(“Customer Data”).
You grant SaaSCortex
a limited license
to host,
process,
transmit,
and analyze Customer Data
solely to provide
and improve contracted services
consistent with applicable law.

to upload and process Customer Data.

You are responsible for legality,
quality,
and accuracy
of submitted content.

Sensitive data usage
should follow your compliance program

We do not acquire ownership

13. AI Outputs and Human Review
AI-generated outputs
may be probabilistic,

or inaccurate.
SaaSCortex does not guarantee
factual correctness,
uniqueness,
or fitness for any specific purpose.
You are solely responsible
for reviewing,
validating,
and approving outputs
before making legal,
financial,
medical,
employment,
or other high-impact decisions.

as a substitute
for qualified professional advice.

Implement internal controls
for hallucination
and bias mitigation.

Confirm data sources
and material assumptions

You bear responsibility

and platform security.
SaaSCortex may modify,
replace,
or retire features
with reasonable notice
when changes materially affect
product functionality.

royalty-free license

This license exists
to allow improvement
and development of services
without additional approvals
or compensation.

20. Confidentiality

22. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law,
SaaSCortex and its affiliates
shall not be liable
for indirect,
incidental,
special,
consequential,
exemplary,
or punitive damages.
Aggregate liability
for claims arising
out of or related to these Terms
shall not exceed
amounts paid by Customer
to SaaSCortex
during the twelve months
preceding the event giving rise
to liability.

Exclusions include loss of profits,

goodwill,
and business interruption.

Risk allocation under these Terms

23. Indemnification

from claims,
liabilities,
damages,
and expenses
arising from your use of the service,
your content,
or your violation of these Terms
or applicable law.
SaaSCortex reserves the right
to assume exclusive defense
of any matter
subject to indemnification,
at your expense
where legally permitted.

in claim defense.

No settlement may impose obligations

or located in prohibited jurisdictions
where access would violate law.
